The following categories of personal data may be processed by YourChef.be and Vente-Deals: contact information (Business Name, Name, first name, physical address, email address, mobile telephone number in case of an order) all data regarding orders, and IP address.

The bank details with regard to the payment of the orders are collected and handled exclusively by our service providers, Stripe, Paypal and Mollie (these personal data are treated in accordance with the privacy policy of these service providers, which is available on their website). Yourchef.be and Vente-Deals.com itself have no access to your bank account number or credit card number (however, YourChef.be and Vente-Deals may handle these data in the case of a refund).

Personal data may also be handled by YourChef.be and Vente-Deals for the following purposes: the management of members' accounts, the management of customers' orders, the management of any returns and related refunds, the sending of promotional emails that relate to current and future sales and statistical analyses regarding the use of YourChef.be and Vente-Deals by its members in order to improve the navigation and user experience.

Under the law of December 8, 1992, each member has the right to access his/her personal data and to change them. In the section "My Profile" on the homepage, each member has the possibility to consult his/her personal information and adjust it if necessary. Each member may always oppose the use of his/her personal data for marketing purposes, free of charge and without having to provide any explanation, by clicking the link at the bottom of the invitation emails that are sent to him/her or via the section "My Profile" on the homepage.

Only the employees of YourChef.be and Vente-Deals and of its logistics partners shall use the personal data of the members and customers, for the sole purpose of delivering and billing the ordered products and services, contacting the members or customers in the case of problems, communicating in a personal way with the members and customers, or offering a personalized website that takes into account the interests and preferences of the members or customers.
